Graduate College Grad Student Life Grad Student Appreciation Week

Grad Student Appreciation Week

Decorative badge with text that says Graduate Student Appreciation Week

April 7-11, 2025

Graduate students make so many different contributions to our lives. We have all benefited from the graduate students in our classrooms, labs, department seminars, office hours, graduate student associations, coffee hours, mentoring sessions, and all the other places grad students make a difference. April 7-11 is a chance to recognize those contributions and say thank you for being part of our Illinois community.

This is our chance, as we approach the end of the academic year, to recognize their contributions and say thank you for being with us.

13 brilliant scholars, 3 minutes each, and a whole lot of inspiration! Illinois graduate students are pushing the boundaries of what we know and what we imagine is possible.
