Housing Options

Champaign-Urbana offers a variety of housing options in different price ranges. When researching options, consider transportation options to campus since campus parking is often limited.

University Housing

University Housing provides options for faculty and staff in addition to students. Family & Graduate Housing has three apartment communities at Orchard Downs, Goodwin-Green and Ashton Woods. The staff at these family-friendly communities offers programming and resources for residents of all ages.

Privately Owned Housing

Apartments and houses are also available to rent from many other landlords. The Champaign-Urbana Tenant Union can assist with finding an apartment and provide information about tenants’ rights and landlords’ complaint records.
