Fellowship / Grant Processing and Nomination Forms
The Fellowship Processing System (FEPS) allows departments to electronically submit requests for fellowship appointments, traineeship appointments, courtesy waivers, and stand-alone waivers. The system also allows departments to track submissions through the various steps required for approval, including the student’s signing of the Notice of Appointment and activation of the fellowship by the Graduate College. - Note: The Doctoral Dissertation TDA Form is generated when the final exam committee is approved. There is no action for a student to take.
