Graduate education has become increasingly globalized in recent years as international graduate student populations have increased, technological and communications advancements have made international collaboration possible as never before, and enhancements in travel have made fieldwork, collaborative research, and conference attendance abroad more accessible than at any point in history.
Join keynote speaker Maresi Nerad and a panel of Illinois faculty and students as we explore how the University of Illinois can proactively prepare graduate students as problem solvers—both nationally and globally. No advance registration required.
Dr. Nerad will also be interviewed on WILL-AM 580 the day before the symposium on Tuesday, March 1, at 11:06 a.m.
