Requirements for Applicants
TOEFL/ IELTS Scores, Requirements, and Exemptions
Applicants whose native language is not English are required to submit the results of the TOEFL or IELTS as evidence of English proficiency. Official scores are required to be submitted directly from TOEFL/ETS or IELTS.

An academic program designed for:
- students who want to develop skills they will need in undergraduate and graduate programs in US universities.
- students who want to build English skills for their professional career.
Requirements for Teaching Assistants
English Proficiency Interview (EPI)
A test of oral English proficiency for non-native English speaking graduate students who are prospective teaching assistants (Beginning Summer 2010, EPI replaces the SPEAK test.)
