Sustainability of Gaming Tribes' Economies
I will analyze the sustainability of the tribes' economy based around one question. My primary research question is: "If gaming was gone tomorrow could the economy in its present state survive?" The subsidiary questions will allow me to gain knowledge on particular areas of each tribe's economy, such as employment rates, average wage rates, crime rates, and overall changes in the economy since 1988. These questions will help answer questions about where the state of the economy was before 1988, and the process and implications that made these changes to the present day economy possible. I will focus more on the business development aspect of these questions rather than the overall effects of each area. Also these questions will provide insight to where the tribe is headed in economic planning.
