Who Qualifies as a Domestic Applicant?
Domestic applicants are citizens or lawful permanent residents of the United States, or have been granted Asylee, Refugee or Paroled in the Public Interest status by the United States government.
Please note: if you have submitted an application, but have not yet been approved for United States Permanent Residency, please see the instructions for international applicants.
Application Fee
- A $70 application fee is required for all domestic applications (effective with 2011 applications).
- If you are a University of Illinois employee, or a fee waiver recipient (McNair Scholar, Project 1000, CIC Free App) be sure to choose the correct waiver type in the drop down on the application.
